Buyer and seller fee's
We charge 0% commission and no seller fees!
To support the platform and help us provide the best service possible, we add a 5% buyer fee at checkout.
Shipping
The seller is required to ship purchased items within 5 Business Days from the time of purchase. Orders not shipped within this time frame will be considered late and can be canceled. Any canceled orders will be refunded to the buyer immediately.
*The seller will not receive the funds for an order until it has been delivered to your door.

What is Clubsy?
Clubsy is a dedicated online marketplace for golfers to buy, sell, and discover golf-related gear like clubs, apparel, accessories, and more.

How do I verify my email?
If you signed up with your Google account (Recommended) your email will auto-verify. If you Sign-Up with a different email address, please review your Spam/Junk folders for the verification email as sometimes these can be misplaced by your provider.
How do I sell an item on Clubsy?
Simply sign up for an account, click “Post a new listing,” upload photos of your item, set a price, and add a description. Once it’s approved, your item will go live for others to browse.
What types of items can I list?
You can list anything golf-related: golf clubs, bags, shoes, apparel, rangefinders, swing aids, launch monitors, and more!
How do I get paid as a seller?
Once your item is sold and the buyer confirms delivery in the order dashboard, funds will be deposited to your linked account securely.
Are payments on Clubsy secure?
Yes. We use Stripe to hold funds until both buyer and seller complete the transaction. This protects both parties.
How do I ship my item?
When you sell an item, you'll receive an email confirmation with the buyers shipping address. You have the option to ship with our partner ShipPirate or ship the item on your own. You cover the shipping cost until the item is marked delivered by the buyer. You will then receive 100% of your payment including the shipping fee you listed when posting the item.
After an item is shipped you should immediately mark it in the order dashboard to notify the buyer. It's also encouraged to send the tracking#, but this is not required.
Can I boost or feature my listing?
Coming Soon! We are working on a boost feature to help promote your items for increased visibility in Clubsy, including featured listing options!
Is Clubsy available outside the U.S.?
Currently, Clubsy is available to users in the U.S. only, but we plan to expand soon. Stay updated on our socials!
