What Is the Order Dashboard?

The Clubsy Order Dashboard is a private page that activates automatically after an item is purchased. It brings the buyer and seller into one central space to manage and track the order in real-time from shipping > delivery > feedback.

Key Features of the Order Dashboard:

1. Full Order Details

View all the essential purchase information, including:

  • Item title and description

  • Purchase price

  • Buyer and seller profiles

  • Shipping information

This keeps everything transparent and accessible throughout the transaction.

2. Shipping Details

Currently, the dashboard displays the buyer’s shipping address so the seller knows exactly where to ship the item.

Coming Soon: We’re working on integrating automatic shipping label generation and real-time tracking updates. Stay tuned for even smoother order fulfillment!

3. Buyer/Seller Chat

Every order includes a built-in chat box, allowing:

  • Buyers to ask follow-up questions

  • Sellers to confirm shipping timelines or updates

  • Both parties to communicate directly in one place

4. Activity Feed for Order Updates

The dashboard includes a simple timeline to track each step of the order:

Seller marks item as "Shipped"

Buyer marks item as "Received"

The order is officially Completed

Each status update appears in the activity feed for full visibility on both sides.

Reviews & Feedback (Post-Delivery)

After the buyer marks the item as Received, both the buyer and seller are prompted to:

  • Leave a review of the transaction

  • Rate their experience
